General Returns Policy
You may return new, unopened items purchased within 30 days of the shipment date for a full refund. Items should be returned in their original packaging to:

Items that are Not Returnable
Dr Will does not accept returns of the following items:
Exchanges
Faulty items will only be exchanged for the same item. Return the item with its original packing slip to Returns, P.O. Box 1592, Buffalo, NY 14215-1592 for replacement. You will receive a refund at the standard US Postal Service shipping rate, if the exchange is the result of our error. Please note that it takes us 3 to 5 business days to process exchanges and returns once they arrive at our Returns Center.
